• Lodge into your EOI application for your NSW state nomination visa (with the help of a visa processing expert).
• Wait for the nomination assessment after assessing your application from the relevant authorities. 

Note: Pathway 1 is still closed for the 2023-24 financial year. (Wait for the announcement).

Pathway 2: Be Invited to Apply by Investment NSW

To be considered under pathway 2 for the NSW state nomination program in 2024, you need to:

• Check eligibility to ensure you meet the requirements of the NSW nomination visa and are eligible to submit an EOI.

• Once you meet the criteria, submit your EOI in Skill Select, exceptionally requesting NSW nomination for this visa only. You must be invited first to apply and prove every claim included in your EOI with genuine (non-expired) documentation. 
• You must be invited, as the NSW nomination invitation rounds continue throughout the financial year. EOIs that follow the guidelines are considered (preferences are given to the NSW target sector occupations). 
• You must respond promptly within 14 days of receiving the invitation to complete your NSW nomination application.
