  • Have recently arrived in Australia on a 462 visa.
  • Have a passport from an approved country.
  • Have done 3 months of specified subclass 462 work.
  • Not bring a dependent child with you.
  • Hold a substantive visa or your last substantive visa ended within the last 28 days if you’re in Australia.

If you want to apply for a Third Work and Holiday Visa 462, you must:

  • Have recently held 2 subclasses 462 visas in Australia.
  • Have performed a specified subclass 462 work of 6 months.
  • Have sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay in Australia.
