This visa allows the parent, legal guardian or the relative of the overseas student who is under the age of 18 or above 18 if support and care are required due to some exceptional circumstances to live in Australia until the student stays.

Eligibility
- Be a parent, legal guardian or the relative of the student
- Have enough money to stay in Australia and to provide financial assistance to the student
- Have health insurance
- Be a genuine temporary entrant with the intention to go back to the home country after the completion of the course of study of the student
